- I ordered from zomato on 20th sept order number 1455952879, the order was never delivered so I ordered again hoping i will get the money back for something that was never delivered to me in first place, only to my surprise I found out that i was charged for the order and when i asked for refund they told me it’s delivered, they have no information on where is it delivered to whom is it delivered, instead of helping me they started accusing me of reporting it after 4 days, and to tell me that it’s delivered(which is a lie) they took 24 hours.
