My name is Anil Rana I am associated with Airtel since long I was having airtel digital connection at my house with STD set top box . In the month of July 2020 I upgraded the same with Airtel xtreme which runs good for 2 months and on 21st September 2020 I got to know that my TV screen not showing any video for which I complaint at airtel care they said I need to pay a engineer fees 150 to identify the issue I agreed to pay and logged a complaint then post that Engineer called me and asked what is the issue I explained over phone everything then he replied Sir,” your TV is of Local brand and is not compatible with xtreme box ” we are getting same issue with other customers as well still I need some time my senior will update the version on your TV and services will be resumed for that we need time till 27 one code sms to you please confirm I said ok now on 27th sept 2020 someone else senior engineer called me sir “we can’t fixed this also can’t refund your money” , now situation is that my old STD set top box is not with me and xtreme is not working also daily charges are getting debited since 21st September 2020 I m feeling really helpless and found cheated myself and several others if my TV is not compatible then how it works for two months good it should be communicated me at beginning that we can’t provide access to xtreme upon your TV.

This is really unfare practice by airtel I m looking forward for support from esteemed company CEO , please help in atleast returning my old STD set box and refund of xtreme box amount of Rs 2250  also my 7 days and going on charges which is getting debited till it fixes.
