Text of Complaint by Aditya:

Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered something by mistake via food delivery app of zomato on 18th of Jan. Ordered number 1740035127 and I cancelled the order within two minutes of order. While cancelling the order I got the message saying that I will not get the refund, but it did not mention that I will not be able to use that money in Zomato itself. When I contacted zomato customer care they said they have charged 100% penalty. it is a clear case of loot and chagring money for nothing. the amount which they have charged me includes taxes delivery charges and all. Strict action should be taken against Zomato to save the hard earned money of the innocent customers
