In my locality in delhi while using internet of airtel 4g the speed of data is worst at daytime and night time both.

I have called this issue to customer care but there is no response from them

The customer care always tells that there is issue of signal at my locality and to solve this problem they are installing a 4g tower near my locality to solve this issue

But the fact is that there is good coverage of 4g signal at my locality and at indoor i.e at ground floor room of my home i receive fair good strength of signal that is 2 bar of 4g signals as displayed on top of mobile screen, and at roof i got 3 to 4 bar of 4g signals despite having 4 bar of 4g signal at roof the mobile internet still does not works and 4g internet speed goes upto a max of 300 kbps, which is very low speed while surfing on internet and takes too much time to open a webpage.

The company claims that they offers fastest 4g mobile internet speed but the reality is that the 4g mobile internet speed dont go upto 1 mbps.

While speaking this problem to customer care they told to reset phone and change setting to 4g volte connection, but the reality is that i am using this 4g sim in a good 4g phone which is just a couple of month old and all the settings are fine and my smartphone works pretty good.

While speaking to this problem i hope that my problems must be heared and solved.
