Dear consumer court,

Please help me,

Order Number – 403-6764792-1497927

Order date – 20th Jun 2021

Order total – Rs 24999.00

Product- OnePlus Nord CE 5G (Charcoal Ink, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB Storage).

Payment – Net Banking.

I have received the wrong product inside the box. I complained to customer care for which every different customer agent kept on saying different things. After escalating till 24th Jun 2021 a new Agent told me that they have to investigate further. And without any prior communication they marked it as Solved by saying that the correct product was delivered. They neither provided the return nor provided the replacement facility for the same. And also after several requests when they arranged a request for picking the product then the Pickup Agent refused to take the product by highlighting that the product is not matching to the actual product I ordered. I explained the whole scenario to the delivery boy but he refused to pick up the product. After that as well I complained to customer care for more than 20 times but ordered cannot be picked up or no solution was provided. I am now completely hopeless and frustrated from Amazon India as my whole amount has been gone and I don’t have a product in hand for the same. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money. I am attaching the image of the product which was wrongly provided to me.

    I am a Prime Customer doing lot of Purchases from Amazon, I have faced one serious issue with Amazon, details of same are mentioned below :
    During Amazon Prime Day : I ordered OnePlus Nord 2 5G (Blue Haze, 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage) vide Order# 403-5110447-6771521 dated 26 July 2021. This Order was under Exchange of my old phone Motorola G6 ; below are the summary of discounts & exchange value I got while doing purchase during Amazon Prime day (Amount of Rs 7530/-)

    This Order was not getting delivered to me & for 3 times delivery boy updated wrong information, then after this 2 times he came to house & did not deliver the packet (saying box id barcode is not getting scanned).
    I contacted Customer Care almost every day for 3 times, no resolution was being provided by them. Simply saying sorry & doing nothing to get my packet delivered.

    Then on 30th July @ night 9:40, one Amazon Customer Care Guy advised me to go for Replacement Order.
    Pl note – this was a Back End Replacement Order created by Amazon Customer Service personnel vide Order# 408-6179845-1659505 dated 30 July 2021
    I agreed for this. To my surprise when next day delivery came, delivery boy was asking replacement phone as One Plus. My actual replacement model was Motorola G6.
    I Kept talking to Customer Care guy keeping Delivery Boy waiting to get the replacement model corrected. Customer Care person did not close my query & disconnected the phone.

    After this my Order was showing as “Delivery Cancelled – Exchange Verification Failed”
    I contacted Customer Care again, to my surprise he agreed that this mistake of updating wrong replacement model was done by Amazon Back-End Customer Care person who created Replacement Order but nothing can be done to help you, He also asked me to go for refund.

    My Question To Amazon Customer Care Top Management:
    – Why should customer suffer for non-delivery due to Amazon Employee mistake
    – Who will be taking loss of Rs 7530 which happened due to Amazon Employee
    – I need my phone delivery without any delay now.
    – I already suffered mental agony & harassment by waiting for phone for more than 6 days & numerous callings. All this can be verified by recordings @ your end.
    – Such Customer Care resolution is not acceptable.

  2. Nitin I’m not satisfied ur answer. And u told me directly call that u reschedule my shipment at Tomorrow and my question is why u fake attempt this shipment.
    And Amazon team my question to all of you this shipment is not replace last 3 days and no one given the positive response yesterday I talk with mahima toshil, aarti ,etc and all given the fake commitment . Even though miss mahima provide the fake delivery agent number and she told me u receive this shipment 12 to 1pm. After I waiting this time no one received any call or anything….then I call to multiple time same answer I received I update ur alternative number….
    Now my replacement date is over and I’m not recieved my shipment who is the responsibile . Who’s is given the amount who is given the replacement product…..
    If today ur not delivered the shipment around 1pm then I’ll raised the mail to higher level…..

    people’s goods and do not deliver them at home after booking and its agent calls and says that you take the product from here and call the place 40 to 50 km away and we refuse and speak If you come and give it at home, then they say that I will return your goods and does false updating. On the apps and says that the goods are damaged and returns the goods at their own will.

    my two items return back because I am not going to collect the times from the own way, so why amazon booked the items if they are not able to deliver the items .,

    I am now too disappoint with the amazon service if you are not able to deliver the product do not write the apps wrote clearly not deliver at home the product to the home but after booked the items they refused the delivery and they blocked my money, why keep the moany his pocket .,

    wrong updated by the delivery person and canceled the items own way .,

    I am akash gupta as i have received a order on 28th october 2021 of rs299 of ptron wire of order no 402-9267092-1671519 as whern i opened the product i found that in the cover the wire of ptron is missing as it happed witrh me 1st time and today the pick up man came and told me to leave a mail on amazon to explain my complaint please initiate my return as rs299 is value to me i am also attatching a image to clarify
