Why Zomato is slowly loosing customers. today I ordered from restaurant and paid through Paytm. Order was confirmed and delivery boy picked the order from restaurant. After coming half the way, I received message that they will refund my paid amount within 48 hours. No reason was mentioned. No one called, they removed my order from the app without informing.  Why this kind of worst service they are providing.  Really lost faith.  Others Be aware.
