I am a user of paytm since from last year, to avail the benefits and utilize the vouchers given by the app i need to complete the KYC, even though i applied for kyc verification several times but let me inform the last time, actually i don’t have adharcard so i opted the complete without adharcard option but whenever I visit to complete it to kyc point every time they asked for adharcard wheareas i already have choose to complete my kyc without adharcard. Mr dilip from kyc point beltola also refused to complete it. Now i want to draw the attention that if this bogus app doesn’t have alternative method to complete kyc without adharcard then why the app shows multiple dates to complete kyc without adharcard. I am strongly dissatisfied with this bogus app.

  1. I Paid my electricity Bill from Paytm but bill not submitted and payment deducted and not refund by Paytm tm or not support from any team /24*7 or calling number.
