Dear sir,
Am Supriya Meta from Barasat, Kolkata. I had a Vodafone prepaid number 8697550783 since last 8 years. I always prepare Vodafone connection. But last month i lost my smart phone at Howrah Station. Then i go for new prepaid Sim in same number at Vodafone Store at Kolkata Esplaned. Customer service officer can not give me prepaid connection in same number. He told me not to process this. Then he offered me for Post-Paid connection in same number. I request to him again and again for prepaid. but not done.
At-last he convenience for Post-Paid number, he told me that only 499 paid monthly and all calling, SMS, Data,Roaming is free in post paid connection. Then i think it should be good, and get the connection.
Then after only 15 days i have received a Bill from Vodafone is Rs.739. and it is only for 15 days. I am shocked.
Then i contact my nearest Vodafone Store,Patna. They are told me, i have to pay for this.
Then once your executive call me for bill, i told her totaly matter, she told me any senior person contact me letter about this. Am waiting for this also.
But after that no one call me, no one contact me, now today my service is blocked. Your team stop my service, no incoming, no outgoing nothing. Sim is no network.
My number is very urgent for me, its use me from last 8 years.
Please and Please its my request to you, call me, discuss the matter, i will be paid, but i want to this number prepaid urgently. or please sim would be active. my number is very urgent. pls.
