My daughter has been using vodafone from the past 8 years. As I was out of the country her phone bill of a mere Rs 3000 was pending. One of the customer care executive was very rude to her and misbehaved on the phone. She asked to speak to the executive’s senior. Mr Amit from the Faridabad center spoke to her and he kept threatening that the calls will only stop when the amount is paid. I spoke to him and told him that if he threatens and intimidates then we will complain. We disconnected the phone. Today ie on 10th Feb he sent two men to my house to collect the bill in cash, Mr Harish and one other fellow rang my bell and were rude, threatening and said that they will not leave till I give them the money.
It was scary as I live aloan with my daughter. Bullying and threatening and sending goons to my place is not the law of the land. I am a very senior professional working in a reputed organization in the top postion and I was scared. I can imagine how they would have threatened my 20 year old daughter.
I feel action needs to be taken immediately against this behavior.
