Text of Complaint by Priyanka Shukla:

Kindly note that the attached bill has been generated on my number 9764874553.
This is not correct and I dispute its payment for the following reasons –
1) I had made payment for the pervious postpaid bill for the period 19/12/17 to 20/1/18 which was for Rs 1020
2) On the same day I had requested for the number to be ported to prepaid and this was done on that itself.
3) Now since I have not used the number as post paid at all and have cleared the dues as well, how can the bill be still generated later on?
4) The charges to my account in the bill are for usage charges and VAS which is not possible at all.
5) The late payment fees is what should not be charged to me as there was a delay on Vodafone part to pass on the credit of Rs 295 to me. I was the person who had reminded to pass on the credit so that I can make the balance payment, which I subsequently did.
6) If this had been a genuine bill, I would have received the same on my mail which I had for my previous bill.
7) These charges have been frivously generated , as Vodafone  was forced to pay me my due security deposit which did not reflect due to error on their side.
I request you to please reset the bill to nil and start my services urgently which has been stopped since last week.
