1. Dear Sir,
2. My postpaid number is 7503744911 of vodafone, this no is deactivate due to unbilled amount of 1600. I am admit in Hospital I have to pay hospital bill and vodafone bill also for this I need SMS service because my vodafone no is link to my SBI Bank, on which verification code has to be send. I am requesting vodafone but they refused to do the same.
3. How can I pay the bill until or unless they start the outgoing sms service.
4. I request to start the service for 1 hour so that I can pay the bill.
5. But vodafone executive Moksha, sumant singh, divine , all are saying no option.
6. Who will take the responsibility of my hospital bill.
