Dear Sir,
I Made several request for changing the network from vodafone postpaid to other network prepaid. Since 28-12-2017, four times I have put request and every time showing some reason they are cancelling my request. Every request I am paying money for the new SIM card but my problem is not resolved. I am not able to use my mobile fully to make calls because of these issues. Kindly take my request and lodge the complaint again vodafone for not resolving my request.
