Dear Sir,
My mobile number is 9490521516.
In my SEP-18 bill, there is a line item with the name VAS for INR 1089.
When I chatted with Vodafone customer service, they mentioned that we made a call for 2 hours for a number 55000 and the charges are for that call.
I can certainly tell that we never made such a call.
I do not know what this number (55000) is.
Who activated VAS for my number? We did not sign any document while taking postpaid connection.
Is it a scam?
How many customers are charged for making calls to 55000 number? Whose number is it?
We are not ready to pay INR 1089 appearing in my bill.
I kindly request you to cancel the charges and remove VAS for my number.
