I’m totally disappointed.
Complaint number – DEL 3107180343
I purchased a 4k 3D TV purchased. i never seen such kind of worst service of LED repair.
It is more than a 1 month logged a complaint but i did not have any response form your side. Dont know what is going on . Tried calling everyone from executive to Manager no one pick calls .
This is disaster service management from one of reputed company. So now am writing to you to look into same & do needful on priority so please acknowledge this mail & revert with proper justification on delay & update on replacement part asap.
