Text of Complaint by Sravan Kumar Chowdary Gali:

Hello There,

I’ve been using the TataDocomo Number(9030112203) almost from 10 years back and all of a sudden they disconnected the number saying that there is no minimum balance maintained and the number was not used for more than 90 days.

I totally agree with the TRAI rules and policies, however, it is the minimum courtesy to inform a customer that the number would be disconnected before doing it right?

Later I tried to get the same number with an assistance from the TataDocomo Customer Service team and based on the advise I got from them reached out to the nearest outlet to get the number and they miss communicated to me with the amount to be paid and I informed the same back to the customer service support and they took a complaint(without any reference provided to me) against the outlet team to get the number back to me and finally comminucated to that the number was allocated to other customer.

 

I was seriously disappointed with the service I was offered by the Service Team and also the outlet. Hence, I’m lodging this complaint seeking a justice to get my number back.
