Text of Complaint by Manish Rajhans:

My name is Manish Chandrashekhar Rajhans. This is regarding bill problems with my cell number 9579075779. Every month I am receiving excess bill due to change in plan without even informing me about change in the plan. 

I had continuously following with customer care but they dont even launch the complaint. Next time I call up, I have to repeat the same thing and still no solution over this.

Even after specifying my requirements I am not receiving any new plan, so that I can opt out from the current plan, as company doesnt even allow me to port even until I pay the excess bill.
