I made a deposit of 50usd and won over 10000usd .my account was restricted for verification.i provided all the required documents and still my account was not opened.immediately i lost all the funds my account was fully verifed. Knowing that my account has been verified, i made a deposit of 11000usd but this time my account was block without access to my account. I have sent lots of email without respond. Please help me in getting a refund of my deposit back. Below is the screenshot of account verification before making a deposit
