Text of Complaint by Harshil Goda:

  • I received an SMS on 16/06/2018 that ₹35 and ₹15 have been deducted from my balance for activation of some dindo service pack. However I did not authorize any such activation.

When I called the customer care services, they told me that I may have activated this service by clicking on some link while surfing and that they can only deactivate this service and not refund my money.

  1. Vodafone charged twise by monthly April and May 2020 that ₹40 have been deducted from my balance for activation of some dindo service pack. However I did not authorize any such activation.
    When I called the customer care services, they told me that I may have activated this service by clicking on some link while surfing and that they can only deactivate this service and not refund my money.
