Hi, I am Ravi Prakash sharma using your network of Vodafone since very long and currently using 499/+tax tariff but last two month necceasry bill getting charge on my no I have mention below query..
1-2nd may I have went to Dubai and mobile sim card got working Casue I have not done roaming but my need I have activated plan for one week and came back back on 7 April midnight. And bill genartaed approx 2300 I how called at customer care they have convece me that it was international roaming charges and call uses its OK I have paid the bill.
2-again next month bill has genartaed on 15 may and bill was approx 2100 I have called at customer care he said there was some pending bill of last Casue 5-6 April intentional charges was not added in last of Rs 1098 so this month charged so you have to pay. I said OK and I have paid the bill.
3- again this month bill has been genartaed on 15 June and bill amount is approx 3000/- and I have called to customer care and spoken to Arya he said sir you have visited Nepal border so we have charged 1865 for call charged.i was not convece then asked him to transfer this call to your sr, called trasfer to Kush Kumar , he said sir it is data charges Caasue we don’t give free data in roaming when I asked asked him, why I getting different-2 statement from you guys then he said that no it Nepal roaming charges.
Yet I have not understood that if I have not visited Nepal then how could your system can charged me international roaming charges.
My native place in Kushinagr district and between 12 to 15 June apart from kushinagar (Tamkuhi road and Tamkuhi Raj) I have got busted my where else then how can charged Nepal charges.
It means your system is saying that kushinagar comes in Nepal not in up India. Thats why you guys are charged Nepal Charges.
Please revert on this and not understood arrange a call back it is very serious issue Casue as per your network kushinagar is part of Nepal not of India.
