Text of Complaint by Thirunarayan Lokanath:

My postpaid Vodafone bill since Feb 2020 till date Jul 2020, has been updated with some Dindo service pack for caller tune  and amount close to Rs 300 have been deducted from my balance for activation. However I did not authorize any such activation.

When I called the customer care services, they told me that I may have activated this service by clicking on some link while surfing and cannot refund my money.
