Myself Rajnikant Ojha,staying in Bhiwadi,Rajasthan and my mobile number is 7827348607.
I had made electricity payment to Jaipur vidyut vibhag through Paytm on 2nd Jan 2018 of amount Rs 1612. Payment status was failed but money deducted from my ICICI bank account(A/C No 000301564737). I have raised the concern to my bank customer care, they said that they had successfully transact amount to paytm mobile solution and the same I shared to paytm customer care(care@paytm.com), they said they didn’t receive money. Then I took bank response on written through mail and same shared to Paytm mobile solution.,even after so many follow up with paytm they are not responding neither through mail nor on customer care call.
You are the last step, where I can raise and expect positive response soon.
Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible, i shall be grateful to you always..

Had paid electric bill of 2261 from Bangalore has not paid but duected by bank through phone pay
I had made electricity payment to Mahavitaran through Paytm on 6th Oct 2020 of amount Rs 540. Payment status was failed but money deducted from my ICICI bank account.
