Respected Sir/Madam,

I am sending money from my SBI account to my Kotak bank account on 06.03.2018 . Rs.5150/ deducted my SBI account. Transaction has failed and same amount has credited in my Paytm wallet . Wallet id 18060884882
Bank tranc..id 5470987561980650.
I have tried to return money in my SBI account  on 07.03.2018 from Paytm wallet Rs.5150/ .Paytm id is18070554663 . Rs.5150/ not returned to my SBI account till a date . But in statement Paytm , reflect transaction is successful by bank tr. No 5470987561980650 .Who got money .Examine please .
I have tried to call customers care Paytm  several times , but not got response .
Please help to solve the issue .
