I bought an iphone 6 32gb after 3 months its screen is freezes and phone is hang badly .Then i go to iphone care with my phone he submit my phone and change the screen of my phone but this screen is also very bad it dosenot work properly ..Paytm give me a fake iphone 6 32gb i case on paytm .

Dear Sir,
I am sending money from my SBI account to my Kotak bank account on 06.03.2018 . Rs.5150/ deducted my SBI account. Transaction has failed and same amount has credited in my Paytm wallet . Wallet id 18060884882
Bank ten.id 5470987561980650.
I have tried to return money in my SBI account on 07.03.2018 from Paytm wallet Rs.5150/ .Paytm id is18070554663 . Rs.5150/ not returned to my SBI account till a date . But in statement , reflect transaction is successful by bank tr. No 5470987561980650 .Who got money .Examine please .
I have tried to call your customers care no several times , but not got response .
Please solve the issue .
