1. I have added ten thousand rupees in my DigiPurse account by using my SBI credit card and amount has been deducted from my credit card, but now i can’t see that amount in my account. My DigiPurse account is running with +91-9810897391.
2. Customer care is not able to resolve this query and they are just sitting with silence and not giving the solution.
3. We can’t expect this kind of fraud from Union Bank Of India.
4. Kindly look into it and resolve it as soon as possible from your side.
