Text of Complaint by RAJARSHI NANDI:

I have tried umpteen times to link my Adhar/PAN/Passport to my PayTM account. This is both from their website as well as in the App. Each time, I get a message saying one of 2 things:

A. System under maintenenace, try later!!!!!

OR

B. You have exceeded the max. no. attempts, please try after 24 hrs!!!!!

I have called their helpline on at least 8 occasions – but have never managed to get thru to a customer service rep. On one occasion, I was on hold for 28 mins, but never managed to speak to anyone. I have even sent them 3 mails – but to avail so far

I demand an explanation from PayTM for this pathetic level of service, and would like an immediate resolution to my problem
