HI,
I AM WRITING THIS AGAINST THE ORDER PLACED BY ME THROUGH PAYTM PHONE APPLICATION. AFTER PLACING THE ENTIRE ORDER, THEY JUST CANCELLED ALMOST ALL THE ITEMS AND UPDATED THE STATUS AS ‘ITEM CANCELLED’ AND FALSE STATUS FOR REFUND AS ‘REFUND PROVIDED’ BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND FOR THOSE CANCELLED ITEMS. ALSO, AFTER REACHING TO THEM A MULTIPLE OF TIMES, THEY ARE NOT READY TO SPEAK OR ANSWER MY CONCERNS, INSTEAD PLACE MY CALL ON HOLD FOR HALF AND HOUR AND DISCONNECT FROM THEIR END.
