Text of Complaint by Arunima Basu:

I am a regular user of Paytm, I use the app for paying all my bills. But, despite paying all the bills in time and even though the transaction shows successful, it hasn’t reached the concerned authorities! I wrote to Paytm Care as well, but I have got an electronically generated email.

The response is shocking, and the Mahavitaran Electricity people said, that they have not received any money, so I need to contact paytm directly about the money. I am attaching the screenshots below. This is shocking, that we can no longer rely on Paytm!
