I m using paytm for my shop to send or receive money…..on 19th september one of kyc executive visit my shop and told me to update my paytm…he done this process within 15 minutes and gone…i checked my paytm next day and i found that my paytm wallet balance gone nill….i have 38000 rupees in my wallet….plz help me out….my contact number and paytm detail given below…
