I have been cheated via Facebook add promotion of Tamplestar.com online shopping and the contact ID is of Gmail account. On 05.01.2021 I have placed an order to purchase three items from Tamplestar online shopping using the website link posted on Facebook promotional Advertisement i.e., https://tamplestar.myshopify.com/ amounting INR 834.40 and the same was confirmed through revert Gmail account (tamplestar12@gmail.com) to me with Order No.: #14022 after full payment through my Credit Card. As per the website, the order is to be delivered in one day time. It is almost two months now neither I have received my order nor a refund from the online shopping website or any email mentioning any reasons for delays.
I have also complained the Facebook through the Tamplestar Page. However, no action has been taken by Facebook on it.
It is requested that strict action be taken against all i.e., Tamplestar, Facebook, and Gmail for promoting fraud website and providing full support directly (creating Gmail account) and indirectly (Facebook not taking action). I also look forward to refunding of my amount along with hefty penalties on all the party.
