Recently, I got a message from IOB stating that 295 rupees are debited from my bank account, why should they debited my money, I haven’t any clear knowledge about this situation , plz refund my money or give me an clear explanation about this.

Even I experienced the same. Rs.295 got debited from my IOB account. Customer care said it’s DEBIT CARD ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES. They said yearly once they debit such charges.
Recently, I got a message from IOB stating that 295 rupees are debited from my bank account, why should they debited my money, I haven’t any clear knowledge about this situation , plz refund my money.

From IOB entity was deducted from my account March 1st 2023 -AMC Rs.177 (annual maintenance charge) for debit card then today September 2nd 2023 deducted Rs.295/- just mentioned reason [debit card] – what is that, an unclear explanation – this is the government public sector entity, how we can survive they are treat like this.

IOB Account holders all are facing this type of situation.why they doing like this 295 rupees is not a small amount for all.Each and every amount is valuable.Even private sector’s not debited this much of amount for debit card maintaining charges.If this happen regularly no one will join IOB and existing customers also never be a part of IOB
I got the msg from iob that my account got debited for 295 rupees , they didn’t mention for what the diduction was
Even I got the same message 295 deducted as annual maintenence charge for debit card . And the craziest part is my debit card is not working from one year

I got msg that 295 rs was debited from my account from bank and don’t have any idea about and it’s not small amount for everyone please renew my amount ASAP

Today, I got the msg from iob that my account got debited for 295 rupees , they didn’t mention for what the deduction was, i have no EMI and no load taken.
