Text of Complaint by Alok:

I brought a new connection on 08-02-2021. and started using the connection in first week of March. but the internet is not working well, So I have to do the complain on each and everyday but my issue is not got fixed. I tried calling in customer care, they were saying that please co-operate but I am working from home so I need very stable connection but gtpl is not proving me the service for the better internet. I tired from this kind of service. I need refund and will choose another service provider.
