Text of Complaint by Kartikey Mishra:

I had ordered a 9 Inch Medium Pizza (Hot and Spicy all veg) from a restaurant named Shik Shake via Swiggy but I received a completely unpalatable order of a stinking and stale pizza of not even measuring 5 inches in size. I forwarded my complaint to the Swiggy customer care, they refused to resolve my issue and asked me to mail them. I mailed them and after understanding the gravity of their mistake/fraud, still, they denied to resolve my matter and stated, “Kindly avoid going by graphical representation of images in the Swiggy menu because the real product and image are entirely different.” This is not only a case of graphical representations not matching but a clear case of cheating and fraud as they’ve accepted payment of a 9-inch pizza and delivered a stale, pathetic, stinking, unpalatable, 5-inch pizza.
