Text of Complaint by Sauvik:

Hi, i have two complains on a particular bill vodafone has billed for the month of December to January.

1. I had set a credit limit of INR 8000 so that if my usage exceeds i will be informed of the same and my services will be stopped.

2. I am on international roaming and i activated vodafone redx app by paying INR 3000 to use data without additional cost. Later on i was told that after activating Red X i had to activate another service to use data benefits which defeats the purpose and intend.

i have been billed INR 15000 + for dec to jan. In between i kept chdcking my bill and it was never above 1000 but bill was presented for 15000.
