I have ordered drone for the birthday gift for daughter and I received and fruit peeler and amount paid by me 1900 cash on delivery but as soon I opened it I found peeler inside the doesn’t have any bill inside nor any return number or any complaint number is there

It’s a total fraud. They lure people by posting gadgets online for unbelievable price and trap innocent people.

I received a call today, they have a parcel and I need to pay 899. I asked them to return as I have not ordered anything from them. This is a scam
Same here too.. A parcel received cod ₹1034/-which I have not ordered returned the parcle back… One must be careful with these fraudster..

Sociofy enterprises Pvt Ltd is online fraud company, I had order airplane for my son, I received order after 10 days and we paid cash on delivery 1300 when we opened th box we found it had tiffin box inside it.
I don’t know what is our government doing against such online fraud company.

I received a product today through Ecom express and since it was Cash On Delivery I paid by mistake and received. Actually I supposed to receive a product from flipkart so thought it is the same product but now when I checked it was a different product which I have not ordered. When send mail to Ecom they are telling this has been booked from shopping portal “SOCIOFY Enterprise private limited”. Though I have not ordered anything from this protal.I want to refund their product and need my money back. Don’t know who has order this and why they use my address and details.
It is more of a fraud and scam so please take action .
Same issue. They are getting our data from data companies and shipping items with COD payment mode in the hope that we accept.
Cheating company they collect the money and not sending the product
A delivery guy came today asking for Rs 650 COD for an ecomm parcel. I have ordered a couple of things over the last two weeks. Thinking it is something I have ordered I went to pick up my phone to make the payment. But suddenly I felt like asking him what is this parcel about? Where is it from? He said I might have made the purchase from instagram or facebook. That made me think. I took the parcel and asked him to wait and i came in and started searching online tracking with the parcel ID. I even searched my mail for any order confirmation. But i found no result. He called me out and said I can cancel the order. It is clear now that he was getting uncomfortable. He said I can cancel the product if I haven’t ordered. I instantly got a cancel order otp without even me asking for it.
After that I checked the normal message for the company name and I found it as “SOCIOFY ENTERP”. I just searched online with the name and I found this page. I am so greatful that I had the chance to think and act at the right time. So people please be careful with online purchases.
