I ordered Amul icecream on 27th April. It delivered expired product.So I contacted the customer care to claim refund. Since it was cash on delivery order, they said they will issue a coupon worth ₹275 which will be credited to my accounts within 24hrs to 48hrs. It did not credited even after 3 days so I raised a complaint again, they said the coupon was not initiated only and I should check again within 24hrs to 48hrs. This time again I did not see my coupon. So again after a week on 11 th May , I raised a request to see if it got credited, they again said the same thing “Coupon not initiated check again after 24hrs to 48hrs”
