Text of Complaint by Nancy:

I have to bring to your notice that I have cancelled the Jio Fiber service (Chandigarh) on Jan 8th, 2026. I had paid the monthly bill in advance till my use of the wifi. And I ask the Jio authorities to pick up the instrument from the location, as it’s with my landlord.

I have been following them for a month now, and they just hold the device pickup service. I didn’t receive any refund for the security amount. Now I am getting a message to pay a monthly fee from Jan 10th till Jan 31st.

They are humiliating the customer and despite my several reminders through their support and email, I am not getting any response.

  1. Instead of two boxes of Truck fusion of the price 55 Euros, totaly of 110 euros you sned me one box ofRailcar education toys. I ask sreaktly to send me first order of the two boxes yet pazd on the Sloval post. I propose to put the price of the Railcar box for the first ordered items and I will consider the shop as closed. Otherwise I will be push to use help of the police.
