Complaint description:
I requested a withdrawal of 4000 INR from my Parimatch account more than 7 months ago, but the amount has still not been credited.
My account is verified and I have contacted Parimatch support many times. Each time I only receive generic replies such as “expert team is working on it” with no clear reason, timeline, or resolution.
This is an unreasonable and unacceptable delay. A legitimate withdrawal should never take months.
I am requesting Parimatch to either:
Process my withdrawal immediately, or
Provide a clear written reason for holding my funds.
I am attaching screenshots of my withdrawal request and chat conversations as proof.
I request to help me resolve this issue and recover my funds.
