On 30th December I ordered twice from restaurant Rafflesia Confectionery
Order ID – 1124418957, Amount – Rs 85
Order ID – 1586300200, Amount – Rs 110
In first order, order was very stale and not upto mark. It was smelling badly of oil. In description they mentioned mayonnaise but they did not provide that.
In second order, which i placed at 8.33pm it said i will get in 40 mins estimated time. But i got at 10.03pm. I received my food 1 hr 30 mins later and it was very cold and stale.
On complaining this to zomato customer support this is the reply i got. “Heat the food”. If i had to heat then why should i order from zomato. I ordered sandwiches and they cannot be heated except oven. This kind of casual attitude and tone of support is highly disgusting.
Kindly refund my money I paid 85+110 in original mode of payment. It is my hard earned money and I did not even get food in proper condition and so late.
Kindly refund my money.
