Vodafone claims an old outstanding of 7000/- + is due since 2015 on my Vodafone no. 9820869621. Till date I have been receiving monthly bills for this no. None of the subsequent bills make any mention of any outstanding on this number. Despite repeated requests Vodafone has not provided copies of the Bill which they allege is outstanding. Tele callers just keep on making calls and claiming the outstanding and threaten to discontinue my other Vodafone nos. A legal notice has been issued by Vodafone to which I have replied requesting for a copy of the Bill which Vodafone claims is allegedly outstanding. As on date they have blocked my main Vodafone no. 9820150125 claiming an outstanding on Vodafone No. 9820869621.
Even assuming without admitting any outstanding (since I have not received any Bill from Vodafone for the outstanding) the same is clearly barred by the law of limitation. This constitutes a total deficiency in services, undue mental agony and arm twisting tactics and harassment.
