My order id is 150725368372.. the food delivered to me is completely cold and stale.. I can’t even chew it because it is so cold.
I talked to the restaurant and even they are accepting that they have sent me the cold food. they are blaming it on the rider as he arrived late according to them.
I talked to swiggy and they have denied to issue me my refund.
The restaurant could have warmed the food again or could have sent me another food when they released rider is late.
Moreover, even if its the rider’s fault or the restaurant, resturant/swiggy should be paying the money and not me.
Clearly Swiggy is denying from their services which shows how bad they have become. They compensated me with only 10@ of my paid amount even though i denied taking that.
Please help me get my full amount and raise a complaint against swiggy
