I ordered a few items from snitch and decided to return one of them and exchange another. I paid a 25 rupees return fee and waited for my orders to be collected. But the pickup person said he cannot collect the order since the company has issued it under quality check and I need to tell them to place it under reverse pick up. I spoke to support and mentioned this and they said they will do the needful but again the pickup person came and refused for the same reason. This happened 3 more times, at this point I want a refund for both my items.
