Text of Complaint by Shravan Chavan:

I ordered a King Size mattress (72 x 72 inches) Order ID OD437407700080956100, but I received a Queen Size mattress (72 x 60 inches). Due to receiving the wrong product, I returned the mattress successfully. However, my refund has still not been processed.

I am continuously following up with both the Flipkart and Springtek Mattress teams regarding my refund issue. However, every day I am being given a new resolution date. Since the 19th, almost 10 days have already passed, but my issue is still not resolved.

Whenever I contact the Flipkart team, they inform me that their backend team has not responded yet and that they have already highlighted the matter internally. On the other hand, when I contact the Springtek team, they say that from their side the process has already been completed and they are waiting for a response from Flipkart.
