Order No:- OD429023884069584100

This order has already been returned on 04/09/23 as the product was defective,scratches and it looks like it is used and MRP tag not received for which I have requested the return however now Flipkart has rejected my refund stating that they have not received the order yet and it’s out of the return window its an error that has been done by their end due to which I am the one who has to suffer my account went to collections and now they are filing cases on me. Now I am left with no product and lots of dues.

I had to suffer a lot of harassing collection calls all day, with no help from their customer services all they say is out of the return window how many times I have called them many times and asked them to investigate so that I can clear the remaining dues which is evident over the calls I have made to Flipkart however no response and denials its been10 days they are unable to find resolution even their collection department said they are investigating now they are looking to file a case is it my fault that I have not received the refund even after returning the product.

My Cibil and credit score have been hampered a lot which will impact me in the future because of Flipkart’s negligence and lack of respect toward customers. Please help me to get my refund and compensation for all these I have to face due to the error from Flipkart.

    I placed an order on 22 sep 2023 of pediasure 750gm in vanilla delight flavour from flipkart but flipkart delivered me in chocolate flavour which my daughter does not like. That’s the reason i want replace it with vanilla flavour as soon as possible. I don’t want to return it just replace with vanilla delight flavour. Flipkart team members are forcing me to make return which i don’t want they told me now only Refund option is available. Whereas earlier flipkart team had said that it will be replaced by give with one hand and take with the other hand. Flipkart should ask its sellers to replace it. Therefore flipkart just tell your seller to replace it. I didn’t order to return. It’s flipkart fault for delivering me the wrong flavour. My daughter is 2years old and she is crying a lot for pediasure which is causing a lot of harassment to her. Either flipkart change it with 750gm or 1kg and more in vanilla delight flavour or pay the penalty for harassment. I told them otherwise i will file a case in the consumer court . Flipkart are harassing a 2 year old girl. Flipkart should rather make her happy and apologize by giving her gifts as compensation. I have called flipkart several times regarding this concern. I told flipkart team now you have your last chance to make her happy otherwise i will have to filled a case in consumer court. Now I had no option left, so I am complaining here. I hope you will give a quick resolution.

  2. I placed an order on 02-Mar-2024 of HAVELLS HS 4104 HS4104 from flipkart but flipkart delivered me in TOTALLY Damage and used product which my daughter does not like it. That’s the reason i want replace it with New HAVELLS Hair Straightener as soon as possible. I don’t want to return it just replace with Havells hair straightene. Flipkart team members are forcing me to make return which i don’t want they told me now only Refund option is available. Whereas earlier flipkart team had said that it will be replaced by give with one hand and take with the other hand. Flipkart should ask its sellers to replace it. Therefore flipkart just tell your seller to replace it. I didn’t order to return. It’s flipkart fault for delivering me the wrong and im trying to your customer executive talk with return this product but no any response me why ? im complain with consumer court.
