Name of The Company – IQOO MOBILE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED Mail i.d- support.in@iqoo.com Product – IQOO Z7 S7 6GB 128GB Order No – 62309011811588634113 Date of Purchase – 01-09-2023 Amount paid- 18999/- Reg email id- nandi0550@gmail.com Complaint no – Not available Present status – Consumer ordered product – IQOO Z7 S7 6GB 128GB through IQOO MOBILE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED website but before the delivery consumer cancelled the order and as per their policy the refund should be initated within 24 to 48 hours but they are delaying its almost 13 days still they are saying wait upto 19th so that refund will be initated and they are providing me wrong information that the refund is initated when i about to ask bank reference number or transaction id then they said the refund is not initated further they didn;t sent any mail regarding that they told me on pone call and daily i am investing my time in making calls to the iqoo customer care daily they are saying wait for 24 hours the refund will be issued that 24 hours became almost 10 days still they didn’t initated the refund for your reference find the screen shots of the mails sent by there team plz help me to get refund and extra compensation for providing inaccurate information to me
