MY Order number is ” 3818791478″ “Shonaya Pink Colour Tapeta Silk Embroidered Unstitched Dress Material for Rs. 663” I purchased this product on 14th Sept 2017. But product is good that is why we returned that one. refund amount did nor receive till now. paytm care people is saying we credited your amount in your bank. But i did not given any bank account to them. How can it’s possible to credit in bank without account. Cash back amount has credited in paytm wallet but why they went for credit refund amount in the bank? In paytm status for that product is refunded. Why they updated lie status? If they really credit my amount any where they must show where they credit. Paytm people responding is very bad.
Kindly Please Help me for refund amount.
