i pay the bill through paytm on 26 september which is still in process i upload the image in which there is order no. and bill account no.
the balance is also deducted from my bank account
1)मैंने अपना बिजली का बिल 6 सितंबर 2018 को paytm के थ्रू पे किया मेरे बैंक अकाउंट से 2462 रुपए कट गए मेरा आर्डर नंबर 5973 16 0002 है नेक्स्ट डे पेमेंट फेल्ड दिखा दिया इस प्रकार ना ही तो मेरा बिल पे हुआ और नहींअमाउंट रिफंड हुआ 2) इसी क्रम में मैंने अपना दूसरा बिजली का बिल भी पे किया उसमें भी अमाउंट बैंक अकाउंट से 374 रुपए कट गए ऑर्डर नंबर 5969 9502 2 69 है इसका भी बिल पर नहीं हुआ और ना ही अमाउंट रिफंड हुआ

I paid electric bill on 9th April 2020 ID No 10717680279 through paytm but the amount was not transferred to TSSPDCL my USC No 101308914 kindly look into the problem please
