I have purchased some articles from snapdeal.com and later cancelled. Snapdeal consequently issued refund on 29.08.2018 citing the refund will be credited into the beneficiary account within 7-10 days. It was transfer from debit card and electronic refund should be credited in no time.
I have taken up the matter with snapdeal.com several times but remained unsatisfied. Every time, snapdeal customer care ensured the amount will be credited soon. Even, we cannot call directly to the customer care.
They will call me after sending mail at [email protected]. I have also produced the bank statement as proof of non-credit of the amount of Rs.601.
In their last mail, the provided me one reference number and asked me to contact my bank with the reference number. The bank clarified that electronic payment either be credited into beneficiary account or returned to the payee account.
The beneficiary bank has no role in case of electronic transfer.
