Hi, my name is Shahkar Anwar. I used vodafone postpaid 4-5mnths earlier and now switched to airtel prepaid as the postpaid charges were very high. Suddenly after 4-5 months i got a call from vodafone and he was saying me that a bill of few amount of my previous vodafone postpaid is pending, I don’t know how its possible because before my vodafone bill was gemerated, I paid all the bills and then portedy no. .
And the person who called me now also didn’t talked to me properly, he misbehaved over the phone, +918910391507 this was the no., I just want to know if you guys call any customer to misbehave with them or to make them understand, he wasn’t even ready to hear what I was going to say.
