This is with reference to your query regarding transfer to bank request of amount Rs.5000,Rs.5000,Rs.5000,Rs.5000 ,Transactions ids against money deducted (709422011859, 709422011476, 709422010903, 709422999344) and time was 23:01/23:01/23:00/22:47 on dated 04-04-201
As per my query,i have inadvertently/mistakenly transferred the amount from my Paytm account to a wrong bank account which was icici Bank and ICIC bank had shared confirmations that wrong transferred amount had been reversal and sent to PAYTM vide original reference numbers but since than PAYTM didnt reponse on my query even they have shared me money transferred confirmations via mail but still it is not credited .
I had registered complaint in PATM vide reference no is 69988896 which is not closed yet , kindly help me to close the same as it is pending since last one month
