I booked a bus ticket on 11th of October through redbus. I had to cancel it on 14th of october 2023 due to some unforeseen situation. RedBus says my refund has been credited into my source account on 15th October itself. But today is 1 November 2023 and i haven’t received my refund. I visited my home branch and they showed me there is no refund credited into my account by redbus. And also there is no issue with my account as it is an open and active account. Tried reaching the customer care executives. Must say have never seen such lousy and careless people. Such people should not be in customer service dept. As it is made for resolving customer issues not to give lame attitude. They keep saying that my complaint is registered and will be resolved within such n such time. But it never happened. Additionally when i pestered them they told me twice to wait for 24hrs and 72 hrs as i will rcv a call from their refund team. But that too never happened. I don’t how many such customers like me are being robbed by them. Its not just my money bt multiplied by many such customer whose money is stuck with them. Strict enquiry should be held against them.
